One of the "new ministers" appointed by Prime Minister Edi Rama is also the old minister Anila Denaj, who in the years 2019-2021 when she was Minister of Finance, added 2.1 billion Euros to the state budget with EUROBONDE loans against 5-10 interests %.
It allowed 2.8 billion Euros of fiscal evasion in taxes and customs, of which nearly 1 billion Euros in the first 9 months of 2021 alone, in favor of oligarchs, construction traffickers and businesses connected to the governmental, political, justice and police dome.
During her time in charge of finance, Anila Denaj legalized the laundering of crime money with constructions and resorts; banking activities and lending funds such as "IuteCredit"; implemented the offshore mafia businesses in the financial system and paved the way for the extraction of billions without value limitation outside Albania.
For these and other financial crimes committed by Anila Denaj; with the ultimatum of the IMF, the World Bank and the partner agencies of the USA-EU, which fight the penetration of the finances of the underworld in the economies of the countries of the Region, Prime Minister Edi Rama was forced to dismiss him in September 2021.
But in September 2023, he brought the destructive and criminalizing Albanian finances back to the scene, appointing him Minister of Agriculture, despite the fact that one of her serious financial crimes was the approval of the theft of state and EU funds, which Frida Krifca did in AZHBR.
Putting Anila Denaj in charge of agriculture is the same as putting a wolf on guard; when she should have been in prison as the "nona" of corruption, theft and favoring economic and financial crimes during her 3 years as Minister of Finance.
But the father has also worked in 9 other state positions, given by Babloku during the 10 years of "Rilindja" power; specifically these:
- General Director in the Ministry of Finance, for financial operations, management of state and confiscated properties, the IT system and appointment-dismissals in the ministry, where according to the reports of KLSH and Anti-Economic Crime, he has massacred public properties.
- Vice-chairman of the Social Insurance Board, where during her time, 5100 pensions were issued with fake papers.
- Chairman of the Board of the State Company "INSIG", which signed the privatization for "5 money".
- Vice-Chair of the Administrative Council and Executive Director of FSDKSH, where according to KLSH, 44 million Euro payments were made with fake papers and invoices, for Check-up concessions, Surgical Equipment, Laboratories and medicine reimbursements.
- Member of the Executive Board of Electronic and Postal Communications (AKEP).
- Board member and lecturer at the School of State Administration.
- Experts in the Department of Public Administration (DAP), tasked with organizing and evaluating competitions and qualifying winners for leaders in public administration.
- Chairman of the Executive Board of the State Company for the Production of Securities, such as transport tickets, treasury bills, bonds, tax invoices, fines, bank checks, etc.
- Chairman of the Board of the State Aid Committee for emergencies, businesses, farmers, health financial treatments and families damaged by earthquakes, fires and floods.
After taking these positions after 2013, Anila Denaj has invested many assets; but SPAK is not touching him, although he has filed for landfills, surgical equipment, medicine reimbursement, army property, confiscated state property and tax evasion, while Bablok appointed him minister again./ Pamphlet
