Deputy Shpëtim Idrizi, head of the PDIU, said that the law of war must be completely dismantled, so we have a resolution of the Assembly of Albania.
In the "Opinion" column in Neës24, Idrizi said that the Albanian Parliament has rarely taken such positions when all parties are united.
"Greece has an obligation to lift the law of war. Albania's seriousness in this matter will make even the Greek side to be serious and do what it says itself, the abolition of the law of war.
Previously, it was an issue that was dealt with once in 7 or 8 meetings, while now we have emphasized it as an issue, telling Greece that this law has nothing to do with the relations between the two countries.
Albania has done the right thing to maintain the best possible relations between the two countries", said Idrizi.
He considered the law of war as a mine that must be dismantled, while he stated that the useful idiots in Tirana and Athens cannot continue to treat it as it has been treated until today.
Regarding the elections that will be held on August 4 in the Municipality of Himara, where Petro Gjikuria and Vangjel Tavo are competing, Idrizi said that due to the dynamic profiles, he is very sorry for what is happening in Himara.
"Perhaps due to our fault, Greece managed to potentiate this issue through Fredi Beller. Greece is a country that does not recognize minorities, while in Albania we have given them two municipalities, Finiq and Dropulli, even contrary to EU directives. Himara is not a minority municipality, as only two villages have minorities.
In the year 2000-2001, when there was an attempt to make Himara a "Trojan horse", the two main parties PD-SP came together and this was the best act that has been done as far as Himara is concerned. Today, unfortunately, both parties have also lost their signatures, where in one case PBDNJ allegedly chose Mr. Gjikuria, on the other hand, SP has not decided a socialist candidate.
In fact, both are of the Greek minority. Between the two, he obviously came from the US and doesn't even hide that he is Greek. Fredi Beleri even found Himara's mother, when he says "your mother is Greece".
If it is about the Epiriotes, it is I, and not these. Greece entered Epirus only in 1913, when the First World War started, when we were in the 2nd Balkan War", said Idrizi.
