This land is claimed to have been transferred to the name of the now deceased ZH through fraud and forged documents, and then the property was transferred to her son Ylber Hyseni, who has also started work on this property.
The temporary measure came after the request of the Basic Prosecutor's Office of Pristina, which reasoned that at this stage of the procedure it is necessary to issue a seizure order, since this property was acquired through a forged document.
Sources of the "Oath of Justice", within the prosecutor's office, have announced that the persons suspected of forgery have fled and that the court has already issued an arrest warrant for them.
In relation to this court decision, the lawyers of the injured Nexhat and Gursel Sadiku, the lawyer Saranda Keqekolla-Sadiku and the lawyer Florim Shefqeti have spoken, who have stated that this measure, although delayed, is right and that the Police also came out instead of the event.
A day ago, the lawyer Saranda Keqekolla-Sadiku had warned that the Police had requested that by Saturday at noon, the movable things would be removed from the temporarily seized property by court order.

"Oath of Justice" has tried to get a position on this issue from the construction company in the disputed property, but they have not been accessible.
