Milan Radoicic, the leader of Serbia's attack on September 24 of last year in the village of Banjska, in the north of Kosovo, is said to have begun to implement a vicious campaign of violence against Serbs who oppose the policies of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
RTK published a photo in which Radoicic is seen hitting a Serb from the north of Kosovo.
According to RTK, the incident took place at the "GREY" hotel in Kopaonik, which is the property of Milan Radoicic.
