The criminal Radoicic has been accused of murdering Oliver Ivanovic, but the Special Prosecutor's Office canceled the arrest warrant for him under mysterious circumstances...
While the public is debating out loud what Milan Radoicic was doing in Kosovo when the armed conflict took place near the village of Banjské, what was his role in the conflict itself and what kind of epilogue can he expect, the question is actually: why the arrest warrant was withdrawn against Radoicic in 2021 for the murder of the Kosovar politician Oliver Ivanovic.
Controversial businessman and Lista Serb vice president Milan Radoicic, along with the equally controversial Zvonko Veselinovic, were suspected of being leaders of an organized criminal group responsible for the murder of Oliver Ivanovic in front of his party's party headquarters on January 16, 2018.
In November 2018, the Kosovo police checked the premises where Radoicic lives, but instead of this businessman and politician, as reported by the Kosovar media, they found 75 grams of cocaine. At the time, four people suspected of being connected to the murder were arrested and Radoicic was widely rumored to be hiding in central Serbia.
However, at the beginning of 2021, the Basic Court in Pristina, at the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo, in rather strange circumstances withdrew the arrest warrant for Radoicic.
" On February 19, 2021, the court accepted the request to withdraw the arrest warrant from the Special Prosecutor's Office (STK) dated February 19, 2021, based on the fact that based on data from the Kosovo Police report on the involvement of the suspect Milan Radoicic in the commission of other criminal offenses and that from the moment the first arrest warrant was issued, the suspect could not be brought before the justice bodies, namely the Special Prosecutor's Office, for technical and tactical reasons," the decision states .
And the judge of the Basic Court in Prishtina, Valjon Kurtaj, in a statement has confirmed that this decision was taken at the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office.
" The STK (Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo) submitted a request to withdraw the arrest warrant and the court, acting according to its request, withdrew the order ," he said.
The news of the cancellation of this order seems to have been welcomed with joy by the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, who saw it as a confirmation of what he had previously stated, namely that Radoicic was not connected to the murder of Ivanovic.
"For more than two years, you have heard every day how Milan Radoicic is a murderer, and Vucic is a hidden organizer, and what are we going to do now?", asked the president. It was still at the time when President Vucic "did not know" Milan Radoicic, which he confirmed once again at the end of 2021 when he said that he did not know either Radoicic or Veselinovic.

Kush i komandon këta njerëz? Ju i njihni ata njerëz atje poshtë”, pyeti drejtuesi i RTS.
“Si të mos e njoh Milan Radoiçiçin, si të mos e njoh”, është përgjigjur Vuçiç.
“Milan Radoiçiç është në komandë”, pyeti prezantuesi.
“Nuk po them se komandon, por si nuk e di, më pyete a i njoh ata njerëz atje poshtë, e njoh Milan Radoiçiçin, nuk e di kush ishte tjetri, as nuk njoha njeri”, ka shtuar Vuçiç.
Vucic also confirmed on the show "Oko" that Milan Radoicic is currently in Serbia and will be interrogated, denying at the same time that he was injured by gunshots.
" Milan Radoicic never hid, what I think is different and what he could not bring to Serbia". He will respond to the invitation of the authorities of the Republic of Serbia. It is in the territory of central Serbia. He is not injured, he considers himself a freedom fighter, but there are things and questions he will have to answer ", said Vucic. / Nova.rs
