Skënderbeu has left the draw with Korab behind and has returned to victory in the First Category, after defeating Apolonia with a score of 3-2 in the next challenge. The Korça team managed to overturn the result, further adding to the difficulties of the Fier team, which continues to remain in the lower zone of the classification.
The match started at a high pace and it was Apolonia that opened the scoring in the 7th minute, thanks to Sulo's goal. However, Skënderbeu's reaction was immediate. In the 29th minute, Nasr restored the balance, closing the first half at 1-1.
In the second half, the home team took control of the game. Nasr scored his second personal goal in the 61st minute from the penalty spot, before sealing the victory with another goal in the 79th minute, bringing the score to 3-1 for the “Snow Wolves”.
Apolonia tried to get back into the game in the final minutes. In the 89th minute, Topi reduced the gap to 3-2, but was unable to avoid defeat for the Fier team.
After this victory, Skënderbeu climbs to 51 points, bringing the difference with second-place Laçi to three points. On the other hand, Apolonia remains with 24 points and is positioned in ninth place in the classification, making its situation in the championship even more delicate.
