SPAK field observation to investigate electoral crimes? Former prosecutor

Former prosecutor Ervin Karanxha has revealed details about how SPAK will proceed in cases of electoral crimes. According to him, SPAK will not be on the ground, but will be put into action when there is information about vote theft.

Regarding Prime Minister Rama's statement, Karanxha said that his statement was political and that SPAK should not be influenced but should do its own duty.

"It is the prosecutor's duty to investigate crimes, including electoral ones. A task force has been set up, but they are not observation groups as has been said. In case there is information about vote theft, the Special Prosecutor's Office will proceed. I do not see any violation. It is not that SPAK will go out into the field. I do not see any problems.

"Rama's is a political statement, which comes after a heated situation with SPAK. I consider it a political statement, SPAK should continue to do its job. Let politicians make statements, SPAK should do its job," the former prosecutor told "A2 CNN."
