The grandson of the injured Ragip Kurtaj

Shkëlqim Kurtaj, the nephew of Ragip Kurtaj, who was injured yesterday along with his son, spoke today about the serious incident, while he blames the former mayor of Shkodra, Lorenc Kuka, for the incident.

Shkëlqim Kurtaj says that his uncle has never had any problems with anyone, but that the other party, Gjon Shkambi, has been scheming and has falsified court documents for a property that does not belong to him.

He says that Gjon Shkambi and his nephew Elvis Shkambi, who is also the author of the murder of Judge Astrit Kalaja, are deeply in debt to pay the lawsuits related to this property and that they have been forced to come to this point because the state has not provided them with a solution for years.

"Lorenc Kuka is declaring how he completely made the soup that was cooked and that deceased (judge) left. These have not done anything because my uncle has never taken anything by force and has never had problems with anyone.

He was a state police officer. He never paid a penny or corrupted anyone in his life. They demanded their rights, they left it to the justice system and what these guys did and did yesterday.

I don't understand what has been done.. They have been there for 30 years and haven't separated the sugar from the sugar. Now they have been taken to continue dividing it with rifles. They killed the judge in the middle of the courtroom. I don't know who is involved in this. There may be a guard. We have only seen these scenes in movies. Maybe they paid the guard.

They have done all the intrigues. These people were forced to come to this point. The one who committed the murder yesterday, they are drowning in money with interest by paying the judiciary. They were forced because the state did not give them the state.

"They all had false documents. Why has justice brought them to this point? The property will belong to the uncle and justice will continue the story. It is in the hands of the state," said Shkëlqim Kurtaj.
