Lawyer Kujtim Cakrani said that the Prosecutor's Office should have closed the dental clinic where the operation of 3-year-old Brian Spahiu was performed, who died after dental surgery.

Invited to Euronews Albania, he emphasized that the doctor Roland Xhaxho should not continue his work until the end of the investigations.

"The Prosecution has a delay, the minimum that the Prosecution should have done is that it should have closed the clinic and that gentleman should not have developed the activity until the investigations were finished. The prosecution should not have double standards", he said.
