On January 20, 2025, SPAK leader Altin Dumani declared to the media that, with evidence from the SKY-ECC files, he had arrested the SP MP, Jurgis Çyrbja, for links to the "Hajri" gang of Durrës and members and associates of this gang.
According to the file, it turned out that the leaders of the Durrës gang collected votes for the SP and in return dictated the appointments of directors of cadastre, customs, taxes, ports, education, health, police, candidates for mayor and deputies in the safe part of the list, while Babloku signed them.
But one of the senior government officials, Dorian Tola, former Director of Classified Information Security and former Deputy Minister of Defense, continues to be untouched and appointed to key national security positions, even though SHISH, partner agencies and the SKY-ECC file have confirmed him as part of the Durrës gang along with Çyrbja, ministers, MPs and leaders of the Socialist Party.
On January 16, 2025, Edi Rama dismissed Dorian Tola from the post of Deputy Minister of Defense, after SPAK and partners informed him that he was involved in SKY-ECC's contacts with the criminal world, using false information and security certificates, during the period 2017-May 2024 when he was Director of Classified Information.
Since June 2024, when SPAK seized Dorian Tola's phone and the register of subjects he had provided with security certificates, he has been under intensive investigation and letters have been prepared to arrest him, for active collaboration with the Durrës gang and other crimes.
But on January 20, 2025, the day that SPAK leader Altin Dumani cited the arrest of MP Jurgis Çyrbja and the crackdown on the Durrës gang as a success, Babloku appointed this gang's associate Dorian Tola to a key position within the Ministry of Defense.
On January 20, the Durrës gang took control of one of the 3 most important directorates of the Ministry of Defense, specifically the General Directorate of the Defense Industry Agency, where Dorian Tola was appointed director.
This was recommended and dictated to Babloku, by the free and imprisoned leaders of the Durrës gang, because Dorian Tola is an investment of this gang, to always have him in the main sectors of national security, as he had for 7 years as Director of Classified Information and 7 months as Deputy Minister of Defense until January 16, 2025./ Pamphlet
