On Thursday, SPAK leader Altin Dumani called on citizens to denounce electoral crimes, for manipulation and vote buying with financing, material donations, promises and pressure, which are being and will be made by political party structures, businessmen and their supporters.
In recent days, "Pamfleti" has denounced the electoral crimes that Prime Minister Edi Rama has begun to commit, with orders for advance payments to private companies that have many employees, for illegal financial patronage by ministries in 12 regions, and the fabrication of fictitious tenders by several municipalities to generate campaign funds.
Another piece of information about electoral crime has come to us from the Fier area, where it is said that Chinese people from the oil concession company "Bankers" have begun to be involved as material supporters for the SP electoral campaign in the territory of the 3 municipalities of Fier, Patos and Roskovec.
The bosses of the "Bankers" company have closed the deal with the mayor of Fier, Armando Subashi, the mayor of Patos, Fatjon Duro, and the mayor of Roskovec, Majlinda Bufi, to materially support the SP's propaganda during the electoral campaign.
According to information, the heads of the "Bankers" company have agreed with the heads of these municipalities to contribute to the collection of votes by donating 10,000 food packages to families in need during the campaign and up to a few days before the elections.
There are indications that the Chinese "Bankers" will provide illegal financing for the SP campaign in these areas, but it is a fact that during the parliamentary and local elections in the period 2017-2023, they have been openly involved in campaigns with food packages, gifts for children, disability payments, investments and bags of money to the heads of municipalities and local SPs.
In fact, during previous campaigns, the Chinese "Bankers" have publicly made financing and community work agreements with the mayors of these municipalities.
Among them, "Bankers" has sponsored the campaign of the SP candidate for deputy in Fier, Baftjar Zeqaj, former Director of "Albpetrol", who has monitored the implementation of the oil concession contract, but also the campaigns of other deputies and mayors of the municipalities of Fier, Patos and Roskovec who do not collect taxes and allow pollution.
SPAK has created a "Task Force" to crack down on electoral crime, while leader Altin Dumani called for these crimes to be denounced; one of which is the introduction of Chinese "Bankers" into the SP campaign in Fier, with food packages and illegal financing./ Pamphlet
