The mayor of Saranda, Oltion Çaçi, got the mandate through the violence of the criminal groups of Saranda, Tepelena and Vlora, connected to the former deputy, the thief of the properties of the South, Alket Hyseni.

According to reports, after nearly 4 months in prison, Oltion Çaçi at the age of 21 was deported to Albania, with a prohibition order to enter England, a stain which they are keeping secret and did not declare in the decriminalization form.
The mayor of Saranda, Oltion Çaçi, was actually born on January 24, 1980 in Memaliaj town of Tepelena district, while in the Kosovar passport he marked the date of birth as January 24, 1982, in order to be called a minor, orphaned by the war and acquired English citizenship.
A month after his deportation from England, Oliton Çaçi declares that he went to study at the "Taras Shevchenko" National University of Kyiv in Ukraine, where he says that he studied for 8 years in a row for the "Public International Law and International Relations" branch.
After returning to Albania in 2008, he entered the business with buildings in Tirana and hotels and resorts in Durrës and Saranda; while on May 14, 2023, he entered politics with "Renaissance", catapulting himself as the Mayor of Saranda, from the mafia clan of Bablok.
He has been in this position for almost 1 year, introduced by Babloku during the electoral campaign, but also in an interview on the Podcast, as "a genius and businessman in the field of tourism and an excellent intellectual with Western training... in Ukraine.
These evidences and the fact that he did not declare his place of residence in Tepelena and Tirana and false Kosovar identity; are an obligation for Ilirjan Celibashi of the CEC and the Directorate of Decriminalization to investigate whether this other "genius" of Bablok is also clean./ Pamphlet
