The Palestinian ambassador to the UN says that Israel has declared an all-out war against the Palestinian people.
Speaking at today's UN Security Council meeting in New York, Riyad Mansour accuses Israel of denying aid to the Palestinians, including that most vital to the population's survival.
He also criticizes Israel's attacks on UNRWA, the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, which has been accused by Israel of harboring Hamas terrorists.
"To destroy living conditions in Gaza, Israel must ensure that no one can help restore them, even minimally. Israel's attack on UNRWA is part of its attack on the Palestinian refugees it serves and the Palestinian civilian population that is trying to survive. It is genocide, planned and executed in cold blood ," says Mr. Mansour.
