The head of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency, Philippe Lazzarini, said the war is reaching a point of no return, where all the rules are being broken.
" There have been direct strikes on 17 United Nations Relief and Works Agency facilities since October 7, where thousands of displaced Palestinians have been sheltering. Among them were two schools hit on Friday and Saturday, al Falah/Zeitoun and al Fakhoura, where up to 11,000 people were sheltered. This is further proof that no one and nowhere is safe in Gaza. He further added that these attacks are unacceptable, as he called them a total disregard for the international rules of war.
