Two proofs of the lack of state-forming culture

Not just sadness, for the heavy tax in hundreds of billions of lek - court decisions for flagrant violations of the public administration law, which has destroyed hope and encouraged abandonment of the country at levels even higher than countries at war...

Our Prime Minister deals with chairs, tables, parking lots and car washes. Politicians from every political party are 85 percent of the time just "mannequins/head-shakers".

While public administration today is mainly a bag of individual, nepotistic, political, partisan and patronizing honor.

Two pieces of evidence for the lack of state-building culture.

1. Even in 1922, tax and customs officials were selected through public competition. They were more protected than today from nepotism, corruption, and patronage selection.

Proof of this professional conclusion: look at how many billions of lek are in court decisions for political dismissals.

No politician has been criminally convicted and expelled from public office for flagrant violation of European public administration law, but it is implemented in the most primitive way of abuse of power.

Albania cannot develop in a sustainable, inclusive and just manner without a deeply professional public administration that is as little political, partisan and patronizing as possible.

Two proofs of the lack of state-forming culture

2. The decree appointing each minister included a clear message about the minister's obligations to his country, emphasizing that "I expect from him/her/the minister loyalty and diligence in duty, fair services, with a clear conscience and nationalism for our Albanian Republic."

Not just disappointment.

This would have been the priority of priorities since 1992 and even more so since 2013. Not understanding priorities is the greatest damage that any politician does to his country.
