In today's plenary session in the Parliament, a tense debate took place between Socialist MP Ogerta Manastirliu and Democratic MP Ina Zhupa.
Manastirliu was speaking from the podium on the issue of salaries for teachers graduated before the Bologna system, when Zhupa intervened from her seat.
Manastirliu's reaction was direct: "Do you have something personal with me?"
After finishing his speech, Zhupa insisted on responding, but his request was rejected by the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly, Klodiana Spahiu.
The Democratic MP insisted for several minutes, complaining that the rules were being violated and that she was being denied the right to reply.
