SPAK's extensive investigations into important officials in Edi Rama's government had long been warned by the Pamphlet, even with almost surgical precision about when they would take place.
We are now experiencing the first effects of this blow, which is not like previous cases, when specific and high-ranking officials of the majority were put under investigation or arrested, after which Edi Rama used, as is known, the fable of apples and pears behind his back. He also attempted this fable with the launch of the investigations against Belinda Balluku, but without success, because it was not a personal matter.
For the first time, the system by which Edi Rama's government operates has been put under investigation: the clientelistic system and the criminal network he has established, which is coming even more clearly to light with the investigations into the AKSHI tenders.
Meanwhile, in parallel, the case against the mayor of Shkodra has been formalized, it has advanced against Olta Xhaçka, one of the longest-serving directors of Edi Rama's government has been declared a defendant, and so on.
This whole situation has led to an almost total institutional blockade. The administration does not function to disburse funds, both in large institutions such as the Municipality of Tirana, and in other departments. Meanwhile, the majority is in a total impasse. The SP base requires a political reaction, so that whoever has eaten pears will be held accountable, while work and politics move forward.
On the other hand, Edi Rama has ordered everyone to be silent, hoping that the Constitutional Court's decision may bring some political oxygen to him and the majority.
Whatever the decision of the Constitutional Court, it will not solve anything, just as the decision for Erion Veliaj, which serves the mayor only in his criminal case, did not solve anything for a later time.
This entire situation, namely the massive investigations against the government, have highlighted a system of clientelism and abuse of power, as a result of a personal scheme by Edi Rama, who has established, created, protected and supported a network of his own, which he enriches through state contracts and uses as a parallel and aggressive power gang.
The majority, namely the socialists, must be clear that the blame for this abuse is not collective, but Edi Rama's personal. He must bear political responsibility for this pile of garbage that he has placed before those who trusted him with their votes.
Political responsibility is maintained by offering a political solution that overthrows the current system: through the withdrawal of Edi Rama and finding a unifying figure within the Socialist Party to lead the government. A political government of the Socialist Party and not a sultanate divan, where everything depends on a single man.
Edi Rama has realized that he is in a "checkmate" situation, but he is trying to play the old formula: "after me, fame will come, Saliu will come". In reality, Saliu does not have to come and he cannot be used as a puppet anymore. On the contrary, if the ghost of Sali Berisha continues to roam Albanian politics, the cause is Edi Rama himself.
His departure would make a final departure of the old elite a fact. The construction of a new elite does not come without a transitional phase, in which the old tyrants should not have a hand. A phase where, in addition to the socialists, the opposition and other political actors, the most enthusiastic will be the internationals who are pushing this process.
Albania's entry into the European Union cannot come as a crown of sultanate for Edi Rama, but as an achievement of all Albanians. Especially those who voted for the majority and who deserve a more dignified and respectful treatment, not to see day after day and night after night the idiocies and robberies of Edi Rama's villains who devour state funds./ Pamphlet

Qytetari Cohuni o popull te ndihmojme SPAK, cohuni se keta nuk ikin vete. Duhet te zgjohet populli e aty do dalin edhe elitat e reja qe do ti japin zgjidhje mundimit te ketij populli te vjedhur e denimin e ketyre zuzareve te pandreqshem
