The Secretary for Legal Affairs in DP, Indrit Sefa, has responded to the accusations that the current Electoral Reform Commission with co-chairman Enkelejd Alibeajn has not provided any concrete product.
In a reaction on social networks where he also published the facts with e-mail according to him, Sefa says that the Democratic Party represented by Alibeaj had concrete proposals for changes to the electoral code.

For the shopkeepers who want to eat the shame with bread and say that the current Electoral Reform Commission has not given any concrete product. Here's the truth:
One of the arguments that the representatives of the SP and those of Reestablishment articulated in today's session, but also before, is that during two years the Electoral Reform Commission with co-chairman Enkelejd Alibeajn, has not given any concrete product.
They say such a thing, of course, to legitimize the failure of the current commission and to have the "right" to a bargain between them, similar to the constitutional changes of 2008.
And it is known that every time Berisha and Rama get together, they are certainly conspired something to the detriment of the Albanians and in their personal interest.
But how does the truth stand? Did the Electoral Reform Commission have a product and, above all, did the Democratic Party represented in that commission through its co-chairman, Enkelejd Alibeaj, have concrete proposals?
Such a thing in today's session was clarified several times by Basha and Alibeaj, however, beyond everyone's words, the facts remain. The first fact is this photo of the sending of the material seen by me as Legal Secretary of the DP, precisely on December 14, 2022, at 11:19 AM, with the title: Draft law on changes to the PD Electoral Code.
The material, according to the procedure, went to the Secretary of the Commission, Mrs. Elona Toto.
This material, in addition to the so-called Electoral Security Package, which contains concrete proposals on how vote manipulation and other security elements can be avoided, also included concrete and detailed proposals of the Democratic Party regarding the changes to the Electoral Code. In addition, we are also making public the response and announcement of the Secretary of the Commission, Mrs. Elona Toto, who informs the deputies that "by order of the co-chairman of the Special Parliamentary Commission for the Implementation of the Electoral Reform, I inform you that the meeting of the Radha will take place on Friday, dt. December 16, 2022, at 10:30 a.m.: Proposals of the committee's experts (representatives of the Democratic Party), regarding the legal changes for the elections (you can find them attached)..."
So, a part of the deputies of the SP and Reestablishment who today lie shamelessly about the lack of meeting, work and product of this commission, since they were informed and present, should, at least, blush when to articulate such lies for the consumption of daily politics.
Apparently, the blindness to the seat of the deputy has caused them to lose all norms and morals, having neither political awareness, but, above all, neither civic awareness.
It is a great tragedy that the representation of the Parliament of Albania has fallen into, where men are dispossessed by order of the boss, it is enough to please them, regardless of what lie or shame they articulate.
