Along with a message to be careful all the way home, don't repeat it again or you will get a fine again. It will help reduce accidents because adrenaline will be very expensive ," he said.
Also, Rama continued, there will be a system for identifying problematic individuals.
" Not only those in search, but also in relation to the lack of car insurance, because an uninsured car will not be able to go out on the road," said the socialist leader.
