Democratic MP Dashnor Sula has commented on the "soap opera" in the "Albania Becomes Initiative" camp about who the mandate won belongs to.
Sula states that both parties are responsible for the situation created, while adding that Lapaj made many populist statements during the campaign that he could not easily swallow.
