The Ethics and Disciplinary Commission of the Albanian Football Federation (FSHF) announced this Friday the decisions regarding the incidents and violations found during the 32nd week of the "Abissnet Superiore" championship.
According to the official decision, Vllaznia and Elbasani have been punished for unsportsmanlike behavior of their fans in recent matches. Both teams have been fined 100 thousand new lek each.
Meanwhile, Vllaznia, which leads the championship standings, has also been put on notice for another violation. After two consecutive cases of boycotting the obligation to make statements to the media after matches, the Shkodran club has received an official warning from the disciplinary bodies.
The Commission emphasizes that if this behavior is repeated in the future, Vllaznia may face more severe disciplinary measures, without specifically specifying their nature.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1- "AF Elbasani, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, endangering the safety of officials and players of the opposing team, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/h of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.
2- KF Vllaznia, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field and using offensive chants towards the players of the opposing team, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.
3- For failure to comply with the obligation for officials to appear in the post-match interview, in violation of Article 77 of the Activity Regulations, based on Article 6/1/a of the KDE, Vllaznia Football Club is warned that in the event of a repetition of this violation or any other similar violation of media obligations, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for by the Code of Discipline and Ethics as well as the Regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
