The murder of Judge Astrit Kalaja in the courtroom at the Court of Appeals has shocked the public.
Analyst Frrok Çupi, while speaking about this serious crime, emphasized that it is an unprecedented event and that it is important to increase security in the country.
" The serious and unprecedented event, security must be increased. The event has a background and in my opinion it is in politics and justice reform. Justice itself is responsible for this crime ," said Çupi.
The suspected perpetrator of the serious incident, Elvis Shkëmbi, has been arrested by the police. Two other citizens, a father and son, were also injured in the incident.
Earlier, the Police revealed the movement itinerary of the perpetrator of the murder of Judge Astrit Kalaja at the Court of Appeals.
According to the footage, the perpetrator Elvis Shkëmbi was inside the courtroom during the court session that started around 2:00 PM and at the end the judge was giving a decision in favor of the injured, and not him. After a few minutes, Judge Kalaja came out into the hallway where he was shot by the perpetrator.
