The deputy of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Xhavit Haliti, has said that on the day of the attack in Banjska, Zveçan on September 24 against the Kosovo Police by terrorists, the head of the BIA, Aleksandar Vulin, was in Kosovo.
"Vulin, the former head of the Serbian secret services was in Banjska, he was in the north of Mitrovica and no one said it, but diplomacy works a little differently than we think, but he was forced to resign in Serbia."
"He was in Kosovo during the attack in Banjska," said the PDK deputy.
Haliti said that internationals are aware that Vulin was there at that time.
"The internationals know that Vulin was there in that period... The very fact that there is no report on what happened in the north of Kosovo speaks that democracy is acting in order to silence some issues and reports and talks go to conclusion of this situation", he added.
Haliti stated that the diplomatic path should be followed.
